COHESION scores whether humans are genuinely exercising judgment over AI outputs. The API returns a Judgment Independence Score (JIS) per interaction, per operator, and per organization, plus the compliance proof regulators require for EU AI Act Article 14, Colorado SB 205, NYC Local Law 144, and SR 11-7.
